1. Who you are contracting with

freeplaycasinoclub.com (“the site”, “Freeplay Casino Club”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Coralwave Interactive Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus under number HE 452118, VAT CY 10452118X, with its registered office at 42 Amathountos Avenue, Office 5B, 4532 Limassol, Cyprus. By opening, browsing or registering on the site you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site.

2. The site is a social casino, not a gambling service

Freeplay Casino Club provides free-to-play entertainment. Everything on this site operates on virtual coins and manufacturer demonstration credits. In plain terms:

• You cannot place a real-money bet or wager anywhere on the site.
• We do not accept deposits and we hold no funds on your behalf.
• We do not sell coins, coin packages, upgrades, subscriptions or anything else.
• No game, feature or promotion on the site awards money, goods, vouchers, credit, cryptocurrency, prizes or entries into any draw.
• Nothing you accumulate here can be withdrawn, cashed out, transferred to another member, sold, gifted or exchanged for anything of value.

Because we offer no real-money gambling, we neither hold nor require a gambling licence. The site is not regulated as a gambling operator in any territory.

3. Age restriction

The site is intended solely for adults aged 18 years or over. You confirm your age at the entry gate and again when you register. If you are under 18 you must not use the site, create an account or attempt to bypass the age check. Where the minimum legal age for gambling-style entertainment in your country of residence is higher than 18, that higher age applies to you. We will close any account we reasonably believe belongs to a person below the applicable age, without notice and without obligation to preserve the coin balance.

4. Your account

Registration is free and requires a display name, an email address and a password. You agree to give accurate information, to keep your password to yourself and to tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has used your account. One account per person, please. You are responsible for everything that happens under your login.

You may close your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that appears to be automated, that attempts to interfere with the site or its games, or that we believe belongs to a minor.

5. Virtual coins

New accounts receive 10,000 virtual coins. A further 5,000 coins may be claimed free once every twenty-four hours. Coins are a licence to use a feature of the site for entertainment, nothing more. They are not your property, they have no monetary value, they are not a stored balance and they carry no rights against us.

We may adjust, reset, add or remove coin balances and change bonus amounts and intervals at any time, including for technical or anti-abuse reasons. Coin balances end when your account ends. Nothing in this section can result in you being owed money, because no money is ever involved.

6. The games

Games are embedded free demonstration builds supplied by their manufacturers. We do not operate, host, alter or configure their mechanics and we have no access to or influence over their results. Game titles, artwork and trademarks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. Availability may change without notice if a supplier withdraws or alters a demo.

Guest play is permitted: you may open any game without an account. In guest mode no progress of any kind is stored — demo credits reset when the game reloads and nothing carries over between visits.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the site if you are under 18, or help anyone under 18 to use it;
• use bots, scrapers, automation, emulators or modified clients against the site or the embedded games;
• attempt to manipulate coin balances, bonus timers, sessions or any other server-side state;
• probe, scan, overload or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure;
• resell, sublicense, frame or republish the site or its content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
• offer to buy or sell Freeplay Casino Club coins or accounts anywhere, in any form, for anything.

8. No advice, no predictive value

Nothing on this site is advice of any kind. Free demonstration games are not calibrated to represent commercial real-money machines. Success, skill, streaks or enjoyment on this site do not indicate that real-money gambling would produce comparable results, and must never be treated as practice for it.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site, including games, features, bonus mechanics or the site as a whole, at any time. We may amend these terms; the effective date appears at the top of this page, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

10. Liability

The site is provided “as is” and to the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude all warranties not expressly given here. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of virtual coins, for the content or behaviour of third-party game demos, or for loss arising from your own breach of these terms. Since the site is free of charge and involves no financial transaction, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the site is limited to fifty euro (€50). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Intellectual property

The Freeplay Casino Club name, logo, written content, layout and design are owned by Coralwave Interactive Ltd. You may view and share links to our pages; you may not copy, adapt or reuse our content or branding without written permission.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force. This does not affect statutory rights you hold as a consumer in your country of residence.
